Christian Adoption Consultants (CAC) launched in 2004 as a adoption consulting agency. It was founded by Malcolm and Amy Young; adoptive parents and professionals with a heart for helping others. In addition to founding CAC, the Youngs also started two licensed adoption agencies in Georgia and Kansas City.
Their staff has over 15 years of adoption experience. They combine both professional and personal adoption experiences to provide the best support and guidance. CAC’s passionate and Christ-centered approach has helped hundreds of couples on their adoption journey.
Malcolm Young has worked in the human services and adoption field for 10 years now and currently serves as the Executive Director of Christian Adoption Consultants. In addition to his role at CAC, he currently serves as a pastor and has been in church leadership for over 9 years. He has a B.A. and B.S. from Kennesaw State University.
Amy Young has been in the adoption field for over 8 years now and currently serves as the Consulting Director of Christian Adoption Consultants. As a business major, Amy attended Gordon College and she comes from a background of over 7 years of corporate management and marketing experience. Her passion is to present hope to those couples whose hearts have been longing to adopt by guiding them through their adoption journey.

Tracie Loux, Senior Adoption Consultant & Special Needs Program Director
Tracie and her husband John are proud adoptive parents and former clients of Christian Adoption Consultants. They have 3 biological children and 4 adopted children. Tracie has a B.S. from Mansfield University and over 17 years experience working with children. With the combination of her professional and personal adoption experience, Tracie offers a unique prospective and level of compassion. Tracie also heads our Special Needs Adoption Program. Karalee Alvey, Adoption Consultant
Karalee and her husband Troy are also former clients of Christian Adoption Consultants. Karalee has a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Louisville. Prior to adopting she spent five years in the classroom as an English teacher. In addition to consulting, Karalee also writes home studies in the state of Kentucky for a licensed adoption agency. Carlee Dawodu, Adoption Consultant
Carlee and her husband, Femi, are the proud parents of 4 daughters, 3 through adoption. They served as foster parents for several years and are former clients of Christian Adoption Consultants. Carlee earned her B.S. in Child Development & Family Studies from Purdue University and has worked with foster and adoptive parents since 2001. Carlee provides families with a wide range of pre- and post-adoption services by working as an Adoption Consultant with CAC and as a Home Study Specialist through a local agency. Carlee’s passion is to see the fatherless brought into families, loved, saved, and set free so they can become who Christ created them to be. Cheri Denmon, Adoption Consultant
Cheri and her husband, Keith, are proud parents of 3 children. Cheri holds a B.S. in Management from Jacksonville State University. She has over 7 years experience in Human Resources and over 13 years ministry experience. Her love for children and families is evident with each couple she assists through the adoption and home study process. Cheri is Executive Director of Hope for Adoption, a licensed adoption agency in Georgia.

Susan VanSyckle, LBSW Adoption Consultant
Susan and her husband, Jamy, are proud parents of two beautiful children. Susan earned her Bachelors of Social Work from Olivet Nazarene University and is a licensed social worker in multiple states, offering home study services to adoptive families. Susan has been working with birth and adoptive families for over a dozen years and has a heart for birth parents who choose life and adoptive families willing to open their hearts and homes. She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor and counsels adoptive mothers desiring to breastfeed. In addition to her professional experience, Susan has a passion for equipping and training families on their journey towards adoption. Dawn and Jason Wright, Adoption Consultants
Dawn and Jason are the blessed parents of nine adopted children, and also former clients of Christian Adoption Consultants. They have an obvious passion for children and spent more than eleven years as directors ministering to kids at church camp full time. Dawn and Jason have really enjoyed working together over the years which makes them well suited as a husband and wife consultant team. Their experience includes domestic, international, special needs and foster/state adoptions. Dawn earned a degree in education from Simpson College, Iowa. Jason holds a diploma in hotel, catering and management. Having been greatly blessed as a family through adoption, it brings the Wrights immense joy to encourage other families on the adoption journey!
